1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumra: AI Photo & Avatar Generator mobile application ("App") operated by Deploiers ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

Apple's Standard EULA: This agreement incorporates by reference Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By installing the App, you also agree to the terms set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility

Lumra uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate images based on the photos you upload.

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos you upload ("Input Content"). You represent and warrant that you own the Input Content or have the necessary permissions to use it.
  • AI Outputs: You own the images generated by the App ("Generated Content"). We assign to you all rights, title, and interest in and to the Generated Content.
  • No Guarantees: Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that the Generated Content will be unique, accurate, or offensive-free. You acknowledge that AI may occasionally produce artifacts or unexpected results.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree NOT to use the App to generate content that is:
    • Illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
    • Pornographic or sexually explicit.
    • Infringing on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others (e.g., deepfakes of celebrities or non-consenting individuals).

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Lumra offers In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (e.g., "Pro Weekly," "Style Packs").

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings. You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period.
  • Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The App itself (excluding user-generated content), including its code, design, interface, and branding ("Lumra"), is the proprietary property of Deploiers and is protected by copyright and international laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code or assets.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Deploiers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that AI generations will meet your specific expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploiers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
